Biker Premium 50 L – red ultralight Cordura bicycle panniers
Extrawheel Biker Premium 50 L is a pair of ultralight, waterproof Cordura bicycle panniers designed for a rear rack. Each pannier provides 25 L of capacity, giving the complete set 50 L of carrying space at a weight of approximately 1.35 kg. This version is finished in a distinctive red colour.
The combination of low weight and generous capacity helps reduce the weight of your luggage system without sacrificing the practicality of traditional touring panniers. Biker Premium is suitable for multi-day trips, long-distance cycle touring and lightweight travel with a rear rack.

Cordura and HFW welding – lightweight waterproof construction
Biker Premium panniers are made from Cordura, a lightweight and durable technical fabric designed for intensive use. Its high abrasion resistance makes it particularly suitable for regular riding, cycle touring and long-distance journeys with a full load.
The main sections of the panniers are joined using HFW (High Frequency Welding). This technology creates strong and watertight material connections without conventional stitching in the welded areas of the construction.
Waterproof Cordura, HFW-welded joints and a roll-top closure help protect your equipment from rain, mud, dust and moisture. For effective protection, the top of each pannier should be properly rolled, closed with the buckles and compressed.
Red colour and reflective elements
The red finish gives the panniers a distinctive appearance that works well with touring, trekking and electric bicycles. Large reflective elements improve the rider’s visibility after dark and in conditions of reduced visibility.

Only 1.35 kg with 50 L of carrying capacity
The complete Biker Premium pair weighs approximately 1.35 kg while providing 50 L of total capacity. This equals approximately 27 g of pannier weight per litre of capacity – an excellent weight-to-capacity ratio for a full-size set of waterproof rear-rack panniers.
Two independent 25 L panniers make it easier to organise your equipment and distribute the load evenly on both sides of the bicycle. Each pannier has its own mounting system and can also be used separately when the full 50 L capacity is not required.
Rixen & Kaul mounting system
Biker Premium uses the proven Rixen & Kaul mounting system. The upper hooks have fixed spacing and fit rack tubes with a diameter of 6–16 mm. The lower hook can be adjusted through 360° to position the stabilising point according to the design of the rack.

Both models provide 50 L of capacity, have the same dimensions and use HFW-welded construction together with the Rixen & Kaul system with fixed upper hook spacing. The main differences are the fabric and weight.
Biker Premium is made from Cordura and weighs approximately 1.35 kg. The standard Biker 50 L made from coated polyester weighs approximately 1.60 kg. Biker Premium is therefore around 250 g, or 15.6%, lighter while providing the same capacity.
