There is no reason to be nervous! Our company respects your rights. Below

we've included information that will allow you to quickly and conveniently make a complaint or return a product as part of withdrawal from the contract.

 

1) INFORMATION CONCERNING THE USE OF THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT

Under current law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The deadline to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days from the day on which you came into possession of the item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the item.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).

You can use the model withdrawal form, but it is not

mandatory. To meet the deadline to withdraw from the contract, you only need to send information regarding the exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline to withdraw from the contract.

2) INFORMATION CONCERNING DECLARATION ON THE USE OF

WARRANTIES BY THE CONSUMER (COMPLAINTS)

 

In accordance with applicable regulations, we are liable to you on the terms set out in the Civil Code for physical and legal defects. When using the warranty, you can use this form.

After detecting a defect, you have the right to:

a. submit a statement requesting a price reduction;

b. submit a statement of withdrawal from the contract, but not when the defect is insignificant;

c. demand replacement of the item with one free of defects;

d. demand that the defect be removed.

We will respond to your statement or request within 14 days.

and if delivery of the item by the State would be excessively difficult (e.g. due to the type of item or the way it was installed), you are obliged to provide us with the item in the place where it is located. Replacement or repair costs are incurred, except if the defective item has been installed. Then you are obliged to bear part of the costs associated with it exceeding the price of the item. Alternatively, you have the right to require us to pay part of the costs of dismantling and reinstallation, but up to the price of the item sold.

We are liable under the warranty if a physical defect is found within two years of the goods being handed over to you, and if the object of sale was used, one year from the date of issue. Your entitlement is limited to one year, counting from the day the defect was found, however, it does not expire earlier than two years from the date of handing over the goods to you, and if the subject of sale was used within one year of handing over the goods to you. The exception is when the expiry date specified by us or the manufacturer ends after two years from the date of handing over the goods to you. We are responsible under the warranty for physical defects of this item found before the expiry of this period.

The liability for legal defects is in fact the same, and the time for reporting runs from

the moment of finding out about the defect, and the limitation periods from the judgment becoming final regarding the thing affected by the legal defect.

The issue of warranty is extremely complex and we encourage you to read the Civil Code and the websites of UOKiK and consumer organizations describing your rights accurately and vividly.
