Waterproof 50 L bike panniers for rear racks

Extrawheel Biker 50 L is a set of two waterproof bike panniers designed for mounting on a rear bicycle rack. With a total capacity of 50 L (2 × 25 L), they provide generous storage space for commuting, everyday cycling, weekend trips and multi-day bike touring. The Grey-Black version combines grey panels with black details, creating a neutral colour scheme that works with a wide range of bicycles.

Two separate panniers make it easy to organise clothing, camping equipment, food, shopping and other essentials. They also allow the load to be distributed evenly on both sides of the rear rack, while each pannier can be mounted and used independently.

Waterproof HFW-welded construction

Biker panniers are made from durable coated polyester fabric manufactured in Germany. The material is designed for intensive use, is easy to clean and performs well in changing weather conditions.

The main sections are joined using high-frequency welding (HFW). This construction reduces conventional stitching in the main body and limits potential points through which water could enter the pannier.

For full waterproof protection, the closure should be rolled down four times and then secured and compressed with the buckles. When properly closed, the panniers protect their contents from rain, mud and moisture.

Large reflective elements improve visibility after dark and in poor visibility conditions. The understated grey-and-black colour combination complements touring, trekking and urban bicycles.

Rixen & Kaul mounting system

Extrawheel Biker panniers use the proven Rixen & Kaul mounting system. The upper hooks have fixed spacing, so we recommend checking the dimensions and construction of your rear rack before ordering.
