Complaints – Extrawheel Manufacturer’s Warranty

All products available in the extrawheelshop.com store are covered by a 5-year manufacturer's warranty. As the direct producer – Extrawheel – we provide full support in the event of any material or manufacturing defect, provided the product has been used as intended.

How to submit a complaint?

  1. Prepare your claim, including:

    • Full name and contact details,

    • Order number or proof of purchase,

    • Product name,

    • Description of the defect and the date it occurred,

    • Photos showing the defect (if possible).

  2. Send the complaint via email to: shop@extrawheel.com

  3. After reviewing the complaint, we will contact you with further steps – usually including product return instructions.


Complaint processing time

We process complaints within 14 business days of receiving the complete documentation or the returned product.


Warranty coverage

  • Valid for 5 years from the date of purchase,

  • Covers manufacturing and material defects,

  • Does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper storage, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

If the complaint is accepted, we will:

  • Repair,

  • Replace, or

  • Refund the product – depending on the case.
