Complaints – Extrawheel Manufacturer’s Warranty
All products available in the extrawheelshop.com store are covered by a 5-year manufacturer's warranty. As the direct producer – Extrawheel – we provide full support in the event of any material or manufacturing defect, provided the product has been used as intended.
How to submit a complaint?

Prepare your claim, including:

Full name and contact details,

Order number or proof of purchase,

Product name,
-
Description of the defect and the date it occurred,

Photos showing the defect (if possible).

After reviewing the complaint, we will contact you with further steps – usually including product return instructions.
Complaint processing time
We process complaints within 14 calendar days of receiving the complete documentation or the returned product.
Warranty coverage

Valid for 5 years from the date of purchase,

Covers manufacturing and material defects,

Does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper storage, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
If the complaint is accepted, we will:

Replace, or

Refund the product – depending on the case.
